Project Administrator
- Salary: £16,907.24 (0.6 FTE/3 days a week – SPC30/SO1: £27,358)

The successful candidate will have at least one year’s experience of working in an administrative environment, overseeing budgetary management and the payment of salaries, including national insurance and tax. They will have excellent organisational skills, overseeing accurate record-keeping. A high level of computer skills, written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills are necessary. They will have an understanding of diverse cultures and the willingness to get involved with a challenging and exciting project. Experience of overseeing volunteers and working independently will be an advantage. They will work under the management of the Exeter Communities Together (ECT) Manager in such administrative duties as are needed to support the delivery of the objectives of Exeter Communities Together.

Volunteer Role
Exciting Volunteering Opportunities with Exeter Communities Together!
Exeter Communities Together is a grass roots organisation consisting of seven Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority (BAME) organisations. We have a wide and varied programme of events spread across the year including: cultural festivals, social events, a growing project, language and dance classes – and much more!

There are volunteering opportunities ranging from helping with office admin to joining in digging the ground to helping to prepare a feast. Here are the roles in more detail:
- Support the ECT team and partners with organising, delivering and recording their events:
- Neighbourhood Festivals: Running yearly in different neighbourhood area in Exeter.
- Community Access Project: A monthly cross-cultural celebration of communities coming together to share food, music and learn more about each other’s heritage.

Support:
All volunteers will receive regular supervision and support from the ECT Project Coordinator.
